“In a grueling, arduous search, that lasted hours within days involving dozens of lenders, all of whom eventually blended together in a miasma of nameless faces all promising top tier service and the best rates the market had to offer, I was blessed enough to stumble upon this gift of a company. I am incapable of conjuring in my mind a more competent team of individuals.

At first, I thought it was too good to be true. I went through every reddit post I could find trying to find fault, but there was no fault to be found. Even my agent warned that this might be too good to be true. Fortunately, my long history of losing money in the stock market has given me an exceedingly high risk tolerance, so I looked too – good – to – be – true in the eye and rolled the dice. And dang if i didn’t roll a 7.

From start to finish, our point of contact Jenny was an assassin. If you happen to be lucky enough that she is your loan processor, just know that the Lords of Lending have smiled upon you this day. Neither our contact at the title company working 2 hours a day, nor the fact that I went from single to married 8 days into the process slowed her down. No question went unanswered. No paperwork lay unsigned. No loop was left out. Working with Jenny made me and my now wife feel as if we were invincible. And at the time, we probably were.

I firmly believe that every other lending experience I might have had has been ruined by this one. I can’t wait to buy my next house just so I can go through the whole process again.

“Relocated to the California’s Bay Area and was looking to purchase a home. Learned of World Home Loans, Inc. through a Reddit thread. Came here to Google reviews, read the reviews and decided to reach out to them. Brian works with you and explains the process in layman’s terms. “Brian and Mary,
Thank you. I have to say, initially, I was a bit skeptical about our decision to go with you guys. I had never heard about the company plus I found it through Bankrate, which I did not know how legit their info was (your company had not shown up in earlier searches on Bankrate). Plus, the rates that you all had were the best ones by a big margin; out of the other four lenders/brokers, nobody could beat World Home Loans— one even told me to be careful because it did not sound legit. So- the combination of all of this did not give me a good sense of security… it was too good to be true.

After researching and reading the story about how your father was part of World Airways’ Operation Babylift in Vietnam and how this showed you the importance of helping the military community, I was almost sold– but, you know, anybody can write anything online, so I was not fully convinced yet but I took the leap; my wife told me “I hope we don’t get scammed!”
 
After talking to you, I started feeling a bit more secure.  I was telling myself, “this guy is VERY responsive and nice!”– still, I had my doubts because it was just too good to be true.
 
Then, I started interacting with the website to upload documents— as a former Director of Knowledge/Data Management in the Army, I found it SUPER user friendly…not a million features to click that end up confusing people… very straight forward.  So, I thought, this is too elaborate to be a scam and at that point, I felt 100% secure that it was not.
 
Finally, you introduced me to Mary Hammer.  I have to say- SHE’S A ROCKSTAR!  ALWAYS available to answer the million questions I had by phone, text, and/or email, and guide me through the process.  I truly felt the TLC.  She is professional and there is no doubt in my mind that she is a great human being!  Anybody can have a great company but if the customer service is not the top priority, you will not attract loyal customers (or have those customers refer your company to others) and customer will destroy the company with their reviews online.  Retain Mary in the company by all means— she will help you take the company to new levels!
 
I was a loyal customer of Rocket Mortgage (my preferred lender for first and second house) and although they have an outstanding app and great customer service, I started noticing that their rates were not that competitive— even when I reached out to them and got a quote for this new house in Florida. I thought I would get a great rate, since I had been a loyal customer since 2007, but it was not the case.
 
Overall, we are glad that we went with World Home Loans.  The entire process was smooth and very pleasant.  I thought we would not be able to close on time because of my tight timeline– but you did close on time and without issues.  The customer service was TOP NOTCH!  You all earned my trust, and I will surely refer you to other people.  Keep doing what you are doing because the recipe that you have created for this company is outstanding!”
